Warning! advance, like carburetion, is a very important parameter for the reliability and performance of an engine. Always intervene with due attention. We are not responsible for damage due to incorrect mapping.

Each product has a 6-month warranty, which begins on the day of delivery of the package to your home. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to verify the correct functioning of the control unit within 6 months of delivery. Any request for replacement or assistance that occurs after 6 months will not be covered by the warranty, but will be subject to repair for a fee.

Any modification made to the control unit will void the warranty (eg. Cut the wires etc ...)

Any damage caused by an incorrect connection will not be covered by the warranty and will require paid assistance

Any damage caused by connecting to unsupported ignitions will not be covered by the warranty and will require paid assistance

Any attempts to open a control unit will invalidate the guarantee, and no assistance, even for a fee, will be carried out on said control units.

Shipments are entirely at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

It's not possible to request a refund on a modified or custom built ECU on customer specifications. In the event of a fault, if it falls within the normal terms of the warranty, a replacement or repair can be requested. Once the warranty has expired, it is possible to request repairing for a fee, but in any case it is not possible to request a refund.

it's possible to return and ask for a refund only on generic components, for example buttons, external coils, programmers etc... only if in like new condition and not damaged.

Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

For simple modifications, which can be tested by us before shipment, a quote will be made that includes the hours of research, development, prototyping, construction and validation of correct operation, as well as the materials used. The acceptance of the quote corresponds to accepting all these clauses. The price will be the one shown on the quote, and even in the case of material costs or extra hours spent it will not increase.

The product will be shipped only after the cost on the quote has been paid. It's necessary to anticipate 50% of the quote upon acceptance to allow us to start working, and the remaining 50% will be paid when the product is finished. In the event of second thoughts or abandonment of the project, the advance will not be returned.

For more complex projects, where it is necessary to have the customer's vehicle to perform the various tests, a rough estimate will be presented. Development will be paid by hour, at the end of each working day. Development can be stopped at any time, but a refund cannot be claimed for hours worked or prototypes built. It's not possible to return custom built components, any prototypes will remain with the customer in case of interruption of development. Development can be resumed at any time.
